My name is Tanja Vidović, I’m 38years old, wife and mother of two children. I’m owner of small business, L2B – virtual assistant and event organizer. I recently graduated in marketing and PR on DOBA Business school.
I worked in/as:
- Tourism as a waiter, receptionist and hotel manager. Starting from the lowest point helped me a lot to understand the working process in order to get a satisfied guest.
- Sale agent and customer support in transfer agency
- Recruitment agent
- Director of recruitment agency
I always stood out at work with a great will to progress and a desire to solve every problem, I believe that is the key to success. I always had a strong will to work, and I started to work at an early age, during the summer holidays when I was in primary school, with my dad who worked in a hotel. That experience built me as a quality worker
In the last few years, I had a strong wish to become a solopreneur, but I also had a very strong imposter syndrome that kept me away from solopreneur dream.
After all written experience, I found that I have a wide range of different knowledge that I can use in my own business. Helping other to solve their problems is in my nature and I found it not so as a work task, but as a normal thing to do. It was not easy, and I struggle with myself for a long time before I bring a decision to become a solopreneur.
Now, I chose to be a virtual assistant and event planner because I can offer a wide knowledge to my client and help them to improve their business also using my soft skills.
In future, I would like to focus a little bit more on the field of Customer satisfaction and offer my client a service that will help them to have 100% satisfied customers/clients.
